GENERALAll work provided by me is digital, you will not receive anything physical.Please understand I will work on other commissions and personal art while completing yours.The work provided will be only for personal use and unless agreed upon beforehand, shall not be used for commercial use.
This does not apply PNGtuber and Live2D Models Prices.If you the client or any other person posts my work on your or any other's social, please credit me properly.I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, to post all finished art work on my socials, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.You are not allowed to trace or copy the work, nor can you remove my watermarks from the commissioned works.If you want minor edits such as icons, banners, recolors and headers, you may message me about it. I'll be more than happy to make the edits. *Additional fees may apply.You are not allow to resell any of my artwork with or without permission.I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces as NFT.Furthermore, I do NOT authorize using any of my pieces to feed any AI generator or use in an AI generator in any way.I have the right to decline your commission, without giving you a specific reason.Any ill behavior will not be tolerated.
COMMERCIAL USEIf the commission is for commercial use please state so when discussing in finer detail.
Commercial usage will cost 2-3 times more, depending on the commercial type.
This does not include PNGtuber and Live2d Models prices section. Their prices include commercial use of that specific piece.
PAYMENTI will send all invoices through Paypal, and will only accept USD as payment.Payments can be either :
50% before I start your commission and 50% before I send the finished piece.
OR 50% before I start your commission and 50% while I’m finishing the piece.
OR 100% before I start working on your commission.If the commission amount is over $200, payment plans are welcomed for returning customers only!I will ONLY start working on your commission after receiving full or the first-rate of the agreed payment.No refunds will be allowed after the work is nearly completed.Only partial refund will be allowed during the sketch phase.
WORK PROCESSI will send you a sketch of your commission, once approved it will go into production.I will provide you with updates as much as I can.Depending on the complexity of the commission, turnaround time can vary from a couple of days to 3 - 6 months.Changes in the Sketch phase will not be charged, any change after the sketch phase will cost $10+.Any mistake on my part will not be any additional charge.
